Artwork

Here at PrintedProducts.co.uk, we appreciate that not everyone creates artwork in their own artwork studio. Your design may just be a pencil sketch on a piece of paper. However in an ideal world, all the artwork we receive would be in Vector Format with all fonts converted to outlines, any colours would have their Pantone references included and it would be in an Ai, EPS or PDF Format.

If your artwork is in a different format, or don't know what we're talking about, don't worry. We have our own artwork studio and they’re able to help you with any problems you may have. If needed, we can even do it for you (some services will incur extra charges, which we’ll let you know about straight away).

You can preview your logo on any of our promotional products, prior to ordering, by using our Virtual Sample Service. Go to our online catalogue to find the product you’re interested in, click on the selected item, and then “Add new Logo” button. Upload your logo to see any of our products personalised with your logo or message.

Shipping & Delivery

Although we carry a vast supply of promotional products in stock, we are unable to hold every item in every colour or size, at any one time. If we do have to order something in, this would normally add 2 - 3 days to your order. Artwork and printing is another thing that will add a day or two onto the delivery date. When your order is ready, we always ship with a reputable courier company, on a next day service. We will give you an approximate delivery date when you place your order, but please be aware that things do happen from time to time, that may delay your order.

Returns Policy

With the Virtual Sample Service we offer, as well as proofs prior to printing, we are only able to offer returns on faulty products. In the rare instance that you are supplied with a faulty product, we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement immediately.
